Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return Request' option next to your order history to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
