Mango Habanero

Fresh, local habanero chili peppers are the keynote ingredient in the Mango Habanero preserve. This new spicy chili jam offers distinct sweet heat for cooks seeking added intensity to spice up their favorite recipes. The strength of the habanero chili is softened by mango fruit, resulting in a freshly fruity, hot heat jam. We suggest adding this as a dressing for homemade fish tacos, a glaze for grilled swordfish, and a dipping sauce for fried chicken.
